		<description>And sometimes things just "click" with kids! (I love it when that happens in class) It's impressive that she did the extra credit, too. You'd be surprised how many kids just don't do it...no reason, the just don't. We've taught the boys to always TRY the extra credit...ya never know when that 103% will bump up an 87%!</description>

Her teacher usually puts one extra credit essay question on each test.   

Thinking about it now, I really should have said, "All those days of working hard really paid off."  Because while she might not have studied specifically for the test, she was studying the material quite a bit recently.  And she had been ill and missed class and was able to go back and take the test without doing extra prep for it...</description>
